Customer Center Manger (프로젝트 매니저)
[직무개요]
We are searching for experienced SW engineers for customer projects based on AUTOSAR software architecture which is the basis for wide range of automotive software development
[직무내용]
- Main communication interface for projects between EB and customers
- Assure duly delivery of contracted work packages with profitable execution
- Lead technical support to customer requests and assure high customer satisfaction
-Financial(Budget/Revenue) planning and tracking
- Report Project and budget/revenue status to managers regularly
?Strategic customer development planning with sales
- Forster synergies between projects/ in the same region and/or for the same customer
- Build long-term, reliable sustainable relationship with customer
- Assure reputation of EB by providing high-quality of engineering service
- Develop business cases of engineering services including all Elektrobit service portfolio
[자격요건]
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or similar education
- 7+ years of experience in management of technical projects
- Structured way of working and able to define structured reporting including definition of technical and non-technical KPIs
- High level of proactivity and flexibility to get things done
- Able to take over the lead for project teams in case of customer escalations
- Fluent in English and Korean language
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Like to work in international environments including domestic/international travels
[우대사항]
- Software project management experience
- Good understanding of Automotive industry standards or processes. E.g.) ASPICE, ISO26262,…
- Good knowledge of state-of-art automotive sw trend e.g.) Autosar, HPC, cyber security, Automotive ethernet
[특이사항]
현재 주3일 재택근무
아침 7시에서 저녁 10시사이에 근무할 수 있는 유연근무제
월간으로 총 근무시간을 채울 경우 일별 근무시간은 자율로 결정
[전형절차]
